Store Manager - Craigleith - up to £23k

Are you an experienced Assistant retail Manager or a current Store Manager looking for a new challenge?

Do you want to join an exciting high street retailer who values your talent? Do you have aspirations for Area Management? Brightwork are currently recruiting for a very fast paced Store Manager to work for our exciting brand based in Craigleith, Edinburgh.

As you would expect, the Store Manager role is one of full operational management of their designated store and are responsible for delivering the Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), both people management and people development, maintaining and further developing the store merchandising standards as well as delivering and reinforcing this well known brand values to its customers. Success in this role will enable you to make the next step within this fast growing company, as they have a very strong desire to promote from within and reward their achievers.

Interested so far? If you think you are good enough and would like to be considered, then you will need to have the following experience:

Proven retail management experience with a high street retailer
Good knowledge of store profit and loss and how to drive sales accordingly
A track record of developing your staff through performance management
A real passion for retail, with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations.
