In this key role, you’ll be responsible for some of our most valuable SMB accounts in the Scotland region. We want you to grow revenues by selling our joined-up communications and manage each account throughout its lifecycle. That means handling contract negotiations, making commercial decisions, building relationships and making sure each customer stays with us. We’ll expect you to carry out accurate forecasting, develop individual Account Development Plans using CCV methodology and to lead a small virtual team. You’ll also need to keep our Salesforce.com system up-to-date with contacts, opportunities and pipeline information.
With bags of self-motivation and proven sales experience, you’ll be tenacious and commercially sharp. You can build account development plans; cultivate business relationships at all levels; and meet and beat sales targets. An excellent negotiator, you have a consultative sales style, backed up by experience in the technology industry. Able to manage virtual teams and give polished presentations, you’ll have what it takes to get solid results.
