Senior Quality Specialist Bathgate   £Competitive

A very successful pharmaceutical services company are recruiting for a Senior Quality Specialist to work in their Bathgate facility.  The purpose of the role is to lead the Quality Systems activities and ensure that they meet company and regulatory criteria.

The daily duties involve:

• To monitor the status of Systems Compliance through internal audit.
• To monitor the status of suppliers of Global Systems through external assessment/audit.
• Support site regulatory and key client inspections by providing technical expert consultancy in preparing and responding to potential compliance issues.
• To ensure global adherence to System Compliance procedures and maintain awareness of new regulatory developments.
• To provide support and advice to members of the project teams for any Systems Compliance related project.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in a chemistry or biology discipline and have significant experience working within a GMP facility.  Excellent communication skills and attention to detail is essential.
