Our client is a specialist engineering company involved in the supply & repair of electric motors, pumps & gearboxes but more specifically the rewinding of electric motors.

They are currently recruiting for the position of Armature Winder, based in Inverness.

Skills & Experience

  • Qualified within the appropriate Engineering Discipline
  • Must hold & be able to demonstrate extensive fitting skills & experience to strip, rewind & test AC/DC motors Electro-mechanical skills would be advantageous & proven experience in a similar position is essential
  • The position is primarily based in Inverness workshop with additional on-site work as required
  • A driving licence is essential & ideally the candidate should live within commutable distance of the workshop
  • This position would suit someone who is meticulous, diligent, has the ability to work within a small team, be self-motivated & keen to develop the business

    • This is a permanent position.

    The salary for this position is negotiable.
