A national house builder is seeking to grow it sales team with the addition of a Negotiator to be based on a flatted development in Edinburgh.
This developer prides itself on a high quality of build, a strong reputation in the market and offering homes to a good standard of specification in comparison to thier rivals
Reporting to a Sales Manager the position will involve dealing with all aspects of the New Homes sales process, liaising with prospective customers, negotiating sale prices and options as well as working with solicitors and other external consultants throughout the process.
To be considered it is essential that candidates have recent new homes sales experience, ideally in the Edinburgh market. They will be immaculately presented, excellent communicators with strong sales and negotiating skills.
On offer is a fantastic opportunity to work on a site that is new to the market with a company who are currently offering excellent incentives to help buyers through the house buying process.
