This is an opportunity for a Building Estimator looking for an opportunity with a very successful and reputable large national build contractor located in the central belt of Scotland. This opportunity has arisen due to continued project success; projects include new build up to £40M in value across commercial, education, healthcare and private clients.
You should have a strong main contracting background with experience of competitive tender, design & build and bespoke contracts.
