Part Qualified Accountant

TEMPORARY ROLE (6 - 12 Months)

Based: Dunfermline £25,000 - £28,000 (Per Annum)

My client, a well-known and well respected manufacturing organisation are looking to recruit a Part Qualified Accountant to join their Management Information Team based in Dunfermline.

In this role you will report to the Financial Planning & MI Manager and you will be responsible for producing financial reports, forecasts and analysis for the Senior Management team to enable them to review financial performance against Budgets and Forecasts.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Producing weekly and monthly forecast reports.
  • Prepare Management Performance Packs.
  • Prepare and close of month end reporting.
  • Financial modelling to provide value-add support.
  • Be involved in supporting the design and development of new MI reports.

    • To be considered for this role you will have the following skills / experience:

  • Part Qualified ACCA / CIMA or equivalent.
  • Advanced Excel skills would be an advantage in this role.
  • Previous experience using Business Objects would also be an advantage.
  • Strong data manipulation, interpretation and problem solving skills.
  • Good knowledge of SAP or other ERP reporting packages.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • The ability to work to tight deadlines and timescales.
