Payroll Administrator

ONGOING TEMPORARY ROLE (6 - 12 MONTHS)

Based: Dunfermline

Salary: £22,000 - £24,000 (Per Annum)

My client, a well-known and well respected Manufacturing Organisation are looking to recruit an experience Payroll Administrator to join their team based in Dunfermline.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Processing monthly payroll for approximately 500 staff.
  • Processing manual calculations.
  • Producing weekly figures for management.
  • Answering employee queries (SSP, SMP, SPP, NI and Tax deductions)
  • Supporting year end preparation.
  • Preparing journals and reconciliations.
  • Expat tax and related compliance.

  • To be successful in this role you will have the following skills / experience:

  • Previous payroll experience is essential for this role.
  • Experience of processing manual calculations is essential.
  • Previous experience processing salaries in both Sterling and Euros would be an advantage.
  • Previous experience using SAP or similar ERP systems is essential.
  • The ability to work to tight timescales is essential.
  • Good word and excel skills.
  • A strong communicator with the ability to communicate at all levels.
