Project Manager Aberdeen   £DOE

Our client a national contractor are looking to recruit a Project Manager to be based in Aberdeen.

The role will involve the supervision of all sub-contractors ensuring that quality and, programming is achieved &  that health and safety is followed.   You will also have full commercial responsibiliy for this role and as such you must be able to demonstrate previous commercial involvement on projects and be commercially aware. Project values range between £5 million and £10 million and you must have experience of working in these values of commercial build projects in order to be considered..

The ideal candidate will hold a current CITB 5 Day (SMSTS) Site Management Certificate, First Aid Certificate & a CSCS Card. A trades background or a HNC / HND in Construction Management as well as several years experience is also required.
