Marketing Manager Ayrshire North   Up to £30,000 DOE

Are you an experiecned Marketing Manager looking for a challenging rewarding permanent opportunity?

Do you have at least 2 years people management experience and at least 3 years working within marketing? Are you familiar with standard marketing communication tools?

Do you want to work for an award winning business, expanding year on year?

Liaising with the Marketing Director, duties will include:

• Developing and managing a team of 4 marketing professionals
• Responsibility for all aspects of marketing, communication, tactics, planning and strategy
• Budget control
• Offer ideas for marketing campaigns, seeking out opportunities through own research and working along sales team
• Managing competitor activity, identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing and advertising
• Managing implementation of CRM into marketing team
• Interaction with teams to maintain excellent working relationships
