Our client is a major Oil & Gas Operating company with a unique offering covering strategic operations worldwide. Employing over 4,000 personnel they operate with a focus on oil sands, conventional exploration and development and unconventional gas

As Content Management PM/BA your main responsibilities will include

Provide Content Management Business Analysis and Support for Business functions located in company’s Aberdeen office.
Deliver solutions, utilising company CM software, to provide integrated process and content management environments to meet and exceed the business requirements

Qualifications/Training
Degree qualified or equivalent
Project Management certification or equivalent
EDRMS Training or Certification

Knowledge/Skills/Experience
Depth of experience as a business analyst working with one or more document management systems – preferably Livelink.
Depth of understanding of the principles and practise of Information Management.
Substantial experience in IT – preferably within the oil and gas industry.
Excellent business and technical analysis skills.
Excellent project management skills.
Excellent documentation skills.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
