An Aberdeenshire based developer is looking to recruit a Land Manager to join their team.
Reporting to Director Level the role will involve overseeing all aspects of the land purchase process, liaising with land owners, local authorities and planning committees to ensure the success of each development. This will also entail working closely with the technical team, attending public consultations and working with other developers in securing land deals and joint ventures.
To be considered candidates will have multiple years experience in a Land Buying role with a UK based developer and will ideally have a strong understanding of the Aberdeen Market. They will be highly effective communicators, highly presentable and will come from a professional background, ideally in Town Planning.
