Workshop Manager Fraserburgh   £NEG

Our client, the UK leading designer and manufacturer of commercial vehicle bodywork, are  currently looking for a Workshop Manager, to join their team.

All applicants must have previous experience leading a team of 10-20 staff and effectively co-ordinating their daily workload. A Mechanical background and experience of domestic refrigeration/air conditioning units would of a great advantage, however full specialist refrigeration training will be provided for the successful candidate.

Duties will include but are not limited to;
- Planning and coordinating workflow to ensure the department operates efficiently.
- Manage time and quality on operations to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Maintain a strong presence on the shop floor providing support as required.
- Maintain good Health and Safety standards.

Applicants must be effective team players and have a flexible attitude to work.  It is essential for applicants to be fully able to work under their own initiative and have effective communication skills.

Hours: Full time - must be flexible depending on what is required.
Duration: Permanent.
Salary: Depending on experience/right candidate.
