Commercial Accountant Edinburgh   £35000 - £55000 per annum + benefits

I am currently recruiting on behalf of one of my financial services clients for a high calibre commercial accountant. Offered on a contract basis, this job would be ideally suited to a newly qualified accountant or an accountant with some financial services experience looking for a new challenge. This job is initially offered for a period of 6 months but with the likelihood of extension.

In this job you will be responsible for end to end delivery of financial projects and analysis. This will include budgeting, forecasting, strategy reviews, investment appraisals and performance monitoring for which you will engage with senior stakeholders. You will communicate key actions and suggest solutions to any arising issues.

This job requires a qualified accountant and all applicants should have strong analytical skills coupled with an understanding of business priorities, the ability to multi-task and engage with the most senior stakeholders. You will be part of a high profile team so the desire to operate a the highest level is essential.
