Junior VB Dot Net Developer and Android Developer

D.H. Systems Consultancy Limited is a modern and dynamic company which specialises in the development of software for the vehicle salvage and vehicle dismantling industries.

We are a group of highly motivated and highly skilled individuals. We develop client/server systems which run on windows PCs and SQL servers, and also link to applications on mobile phones, PDAs and touch screens. We also develop and host our customers’ websites and provide their on-line solutions.

Our approach is responsive to our customers’ requirements and we are continually developing our software to suit their business needs.

The company is based in a modern office building in South Gyle, Edinburgh which is easily accessible by bus, car and train.

We are looking for both a Junior VB Dot Net Developer and an Android Developer (iOS skills advantageous).

The Junior VB Dot Net role would suit a recent graduate looking for their first job with a salary initially of £18k.
 
The Android Developer must have at least one year’s commercial experience and the salary will be up to £35k dependent upon experience.

You will be joining a well-established development team with a wealth of experience and will be working alongside our other teams and designers. The teams are passionate, proactive coders, so you'll need to approach your work in the same way.

The responsibilities are distributed, and you will be encouraged to put forward your opinions and ideas.

The successful candidates will also be comfortable talking to customers both to provide high quality support and understand their needs.

You will be expected to perform a technical coding test during your interview.
