We are currently looking for an established Nursing Home Manager for one of our clients based in the Dumbarton area. We require an enthusiastic and strong Manager who can demonstrate a successful career within this area on current/previous posts held.
The successful candidate must posses a current NMC registration, together with an SVQ 4 or relevant management qualification. This position requires overall responsibility of the home ensuring occupancy levels are at their highest and the care commission grades are improved.
You will inspire, motivate, support and develop your care staff to ensure the highest standards of care is delivered to residents, together with the overall responsibility of recruitment and liaising with multi-disciplinary organisations.
