This job is an excellent opportunity for an experienced customer service professional, within an thriving and dynamic call centre, based in Cumbernauld. You will deal with incoming calls from customers and work to the highest level of service for each call, aiming for first call resolution for each and every call.
You will be rewarded with a highly competitive hourly rate. Shifts will be allocated on a rotational basis, and you must be flexible around the clock as the call centre operates 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing customer support by phone and email.
Serving as the primary contact for inbound customer issues
Escalating more technical product-related issues to the proper Product Support department.
Exceeding the Client service level expectations, such as quality standards, adherence to schedule and average handle time and cases/calls per hour.
Troubleshooting customer problems, identifying the root cause of the problem, and using tool and resources appropriately to determine how to resolve customer problems.
Updating customer information and ensures accurate entry of contact information.
You will have:

Previous experience within a Call Centre environment
Ability to learn and grow as the service we provide develops
Ability to work both independently and as a team player
Flexibility to work a varying shift pattern to respond to changes in customer demand
You must be able to pass a c redit and Disclosure Scotland Check for this role.
