RECRUITMENT TEAM LEADER - Oil & Gas

My client are a multi billion dollar oil and gas operator looking to recruit a Recruitment Team Leader. The Recruitment Team Leader will report to the Resourcing Director and provide professional support and advice to my client's Offshore Projects and Operations and my client's Training business managers and staff on all aspects of Recruitment Strategy, Policy and Process. The Recruitment Team Leader will work closely with business managers to identify and plan resource requirements and maximise the recruitment marketplace to provide high quality permanent and temporary staff.

The Recruitment Team Leader will be a key member of the Resourcing and Recruitment team; leading and coaching other recruitment team members to ensure a high quality resourcing service to the business and contribute to the formulation of Recruitment Strategy, Policy and technology driven delivery processes.

REQUIREMENTS:-

Essential:-

-Significant experience of working in 'external Recruitment Agency' and 'In-house' resourcing and recruitment functions
-Experience of the Recruitment Supply Chain and Supply Channels
-Knowledge of recruitment supporting technology and web-based recruitment applications and Applicant Tracking Systems
-Prior experience of working in an HR team or in a directly related Resourcing work environment.
-Experience of team building, Mentor, Coach
-Ability to build strong relationships with Hiring Leads
-Knowledge of Generalist HR functions and Employment Legislation
-Experience in staff management and development
-Innovation in the development of Recruitment Strategy, Attraction methodologies, Policy and Process
-Experience in a customer service environment
-Experience within the Engineering Industry
-You will have a strong background in sourcing 'hard-to-fill' roles
-Experience of sourcing channels such as Social Media Networking
-Commercial and Contract awareness
-Degree qualified
-Member of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation / Institute of Recruitment Professionals (REC/IRP)

-Knowledge of the Oil and Gas Industry

-Risk management
-A member (or working towards) Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development status
