JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Managers for this leading organisation based in Stirling. Free parking is available with excellent transport links from Edinburgh. Hours of work - Mon-Fri, 9-5.

As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and motivating a team of advisors to provide excellent customer service whilst achieving key business targets
  • Ensuring your team have clear goals and objectives and understand what is expected of them
  • Conducting regular one to ones, formal appraisals and regular coaching sessions to drive the performance of your team
  • Building relationships with your peers and maintaining a strong understanding of your marketplace and competitors
  • Implementing change to processes and culture and empowering your team to embrace these changes
  • Championing treating customers fairly to ensure the customer is at centre of everything we do
  • Communicating clearly and influentially, in a way that engages others so they can see how what they do fits into the bigger picture and how they can each make a difference to the success of the company.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

In order to be considered for these positions you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years Contact Centre Team Management experience within financial services
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate others to succeed
  • A proven track record of coaching people to success
  • Strong influencing and negotiating skills
  • Previous project management experience
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • An ability to build partnerships both internally and externally with key stakeholders
  • Strong decision making, problem solving and process improvement skills
  • Experience of implementing change and managing any resistance as a result
  • The ability to create an environment which has the customer experience at its heart
