Denholm’s client, a premium and global drinks organisation, is looking to appoint a talented Brand Manager. This is a unique opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within an established business working with a portfolio of well-known brands.
Reporting into the Head of Brands, you will be responsible for managing one of their biggest brands, developing and implementing consumer driven and focused brand plans, to drive consumer value and global brand growth. Specifically, you will be responsible for developing and implementing trade and consumer PR, advertising, digital and promotional activation platforms in line with brand positioning and target consumer identification. You will lead agency briefings as required with key markets to ensure strong local market adaptation of broad strategic concepts in line with global brand direction. First class communication skills are key as you will work closely with key distributor contacts and stakeholders in order to execute, monitor and review brand plans in line with brand objectives and provide support when required. You will demonstrate a clear grasp of brand performance and own the brand P&L to ensure a thorough understanding of issues and opportunities, undertaking remedial action if necessary.
For this role, we’re looking for proven FMCG brand marketing experience with a track record of developing highly compelling consumer marketing activity. Our client has strong aspirations for all their brands and the Brand Manager will be fundamental to helping them achieve these. As such, our client is looking for individuals who demonstrate a strong passion for brands, as well as the ability to engage and inspire others. Strong commercial acumen is key, as well as a strategic and creative outlook.
