Payment Protection Scotland Ltd (PPS) is a growing financial claims management company based in Hamilton, Glasgow and Edinburgh. Due to expansion, we are currently recruiting for experienced and driven sales advisors to join our highly experienced and successful team.

Responsibilities
.Converting initial enquiries to full clients
.Establishing strong relationships with your clients
.Collating relevant information to build a case
.Investigating and establishing the validity of a PPI claim
.Completing and returning client documents
.Working to and using industry guidelines
.Bonus driven environment - working towards monthly targets

Skills and experience
.Able to work in a fast paced environment and remain well organised
.Proven track record in sales/customer service
.Strong organisational skills
.An ability to pay attention to detail
.Pro-active and self-motivated
.Able to build strong relationships with your clients

The ideal candidate will have experience in claims handling or in the PPI industry. They must possess excellent communication skills along with a structured approach, solid time management and the ability to work as part of a team. You will have high levels of self-motivation and ambition. Ultimately you will be seeking a solid career within an ambitious, growing company that offers excellent training and prospects. However people with a strong financial or sales background will also be considered.

This vacancy is initially for a 1 year contract with a view to offering a permanent position.
