If the answer to all three of those questions is a resounding ‘yes', then we'd love to hear from you at first direct. Taking inbound calls from our existing customers, you will resolve a number of different banking enquiries - from setting up standing orders to paying bills, from giving balances to assisting with lost or stolen cards - there really are a million and one different things you could be dealing with.
Using your natural rapport building skills and eye for detail (and don't forget ear), you will maximise every sales opportunity and tailor our extensive product range to suit our customers' needs. Are you up for the challenge?
when you'll work
We have full time (36 hours per week) positions available starting on 23 July. Shift patterns (first come first served basis) :
Monday & Tuesday 0830-1600,
Thursday 1500-2330, & Friday 1530-2300
Sunday & Monday 1530-2300,
Wednesday 0730-1500, & Thursday 0730-1530.
Friday 0800-1530 and Saturday 1430-2200
what you'll get
Full time training is seven weeks long (yes, we know it's a long time, but we want you to make sure your ready to dazzle our customers), and runs Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8:30 - 16:30. We do ask you not to take any holiday during this time, as we don't want you to miss out on anything.
Salary scales are:
Learning Rate - £16,161
Developing Rate - £17,060
Qualified Rate - £17,955
Plus a MyChoice Benefits scheme worth £1,553 per annum
