As an Inbound Sales Advisor you'll have:

  • Excellent communication skills to receive incoming calls from customers who are looking to make savings by changing our range of our products
  • The tools to demonstrate the value and innovation of our brand against our competitors
  • The ability to identify customer needs and (after training) recommend the best mix of products to the customers individual needs and provide them with value for money


    • We are committed to growing and developing our people. You'll receive our 4 week training programme to make sure you are ready for your new role; thereafter you'll receive continual coaching and support from your manager. You'll also have the opportunity to be part of our industry leading, Aspire programme that is accredited by the Institute of Customer Service.
