I am currently working closely with a big 4 firm based in Montreal, Canada assisting them with the growth of their M&A department.

Training:

Main Responsibilities:

  • To develop and review complex financial models within broadly defined guidelines
  • Synthesize research information to be used in financial modeling, competitive analysis, industry analysis, negotiation support and various other applications
  • Leading preparations of documents for client presentations
  • Take responsibility to lead certain key engagement tasks
  • Holds significant experience in assisting with project management of client engagements
  • Assisting with junior staff development and reviewing first stages of their work

    • Requirements:

  • I'm looking for qualified professionals with strong knowledge of financial accounting + financial modelling
  • You should also hold strong oral and writing skills in both French + English
  • The ability to perform in a challenging work environment with a dedicated and enthusiastic attitude
  • Main experience should be held within M&A, Investment Banking + Private Equity
