A rewarding opportunity has arisen for an experienced educationalist to undertake the development, delivery and management of modules in conservation and ecology at undergraduate and postgraduate levels at our Ayr Campus.
You will be a team player who can also contribute substantially to the teaching across a range of programmes but with a focus on the Countryside Management and Sustainable Environmental Management programmes. Experience of teaching and module management in a higher education setting would be desirable.
You should have an Honours Degree in environmental management or a related subject and should preferably also hold an appropriate postgraduate qualification. A postgraduate teaching qualification would be desirable. A current UK driving licence is essential as travel between sites and to rural locations will be required.
The post is for 2.5 days per week (0.5 FTE) or flexible during term time. This post is fixed term until June 2014 in the first instance.
