Based at Head Office – Irvine
Providing proactive support to those in need, you’ll offer quality, confidential and comprehensive
welfare benefits and debt advice, over the phone and face-to-face. You’ll undertake full
assessments, including progressing tenant applications, revisions and appeals, helping individuals to maximise entitlements. A Certificate in Money Advice or Level 2/3 Diploma in Money and Debt
Advice (or equivalent) is essential, with the experience to manage cases, maintain statistical information and assist line managers in delivering performance.
