Employability Officer

£21,228 - £23,587- depending on qualifications and experience

Based at Head Office - Irvine

Supporting and encouraging residents towards employment, you’ll provide client assessments, helping disadvantaged clients to overcome barriers and referring appropriate cases to other specialist providers. You’ll monitor individual progression, maintaining confidential case records and updating systems. Ideally, you’ll have an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent, with sound understanding of welfare benefits and employment services. Experience in information, advice and guidance provision to individuals in an advocacy or support capacity is also an advantage.
