Grade: Grade 4 £15,182 - £16,626
Hours: 35 hours per week
Location: Brooksby Medical Centre, Brisbane Road, Largs (11 months) and Craigton Road, Kilbirnie (6 months)
What is the Role? To provide clerical support, covering a range of tasks.
What will you do?
Liaise with internal and external agencies and managers, and organise, minute and transcribe various types of meetings. You will also enter and retrieve data from a range of computerised or manual systems and provide statistical analysis.
What do you need to bring to the Role?
You should have a SVQ Level III or equivalent in Administration, experience in the use of Microsoft Office and minute taking experience. You must also work well as part of a team and on your own initiative.
