What is the Role? To carry put statutory homeless assessments for households who are homeless or threatened with homelessness.
What will you do?
To manage a caseload of homeless households, ensuring that all files, records and computer based data are maintained timeously and accurately at all times.
What do you need to bring to the Role?
HNC/SVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care or equivalent.
