 PR & Marketing Assistant 

 Part Time 

Reporting to Marketing and Business Development Manager.

Automatic Cooling Engineers Limited requires a PR & Marketing assistant with proven PR experience & first class copywriting skills. The candidate must also have a creative eye for design & graphic communications, excellent interpersonal & communication skills & good organisation and time management skills. The candidate must also be a self starter with a driven and proactive approach. 

Key Tasks:

• PR – identification of relevant stories, copywriting and distribution of press releases & direct press liaison with journalists and editors.
• Maintenance of Contact and Opportunity database (ACT CRM experience an advantage).
• Telesales , contacting sales opportunities.
• Creative input and management of Direct Mail campaigns.
• Management of Web Content using Content Management system.
• Management of Social Media – including posting on Twitter, Facebook and Linked In and maximising returns.
• Creation and management of the distribution of e-mail newsletters and case studies.
• Production of quarterly internal newsletter.

Experience:

• Educated to Degree level or equivalent.
• Business to business marketing experience preferably in a technology/technical market.
