One Recruitment Consultants are Lanarkshire’s leading Recruitment Agency who supply staff to our clients throughout the UK and Ireland. We are a talented team of specialists who recruit within several markets and are looking to expand our team by bringing in an additional Recruitment Consultant at this exciting time.

We are looking for someone who is extremely sales-focused, and is driven to succeed and can work in an environment where you really do manage your own desk, and are supported in the role, rather than being micro-managed.

You will play an integral part in the team and will be responsible for effectively building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, developing new business opportunities and maximising company revenue as well as generating candidates to fill each campaign.

You must be someone who is organised, can effectively manage your own diary and flexibility is key to this position. This is not a 9am – 5pm role where you will need to travel on a regular basis, therefore it will be essential you can drive and have a clean licence (car will be provided for travel purposes)

We offer a competitive basic salary + uncapped monthly commission + great place to work!

Key responsibilities:

• Sourcing and screening candidates Identifying and securing new business opportunities
• Building a partnership with new and existing clients
• Achieving revenue and KPI targets
• Arrange appointments with key decision makers
• On site visits are carried out to gain information with a view to creating business opportunities
• Business development of new business

To be considered we are looking for candidates who have previous recruitment experience with a good commercial knowledge of the call/contact centre markets as well solid business development skills.

You must be willing to travel throughout the UK and be prepared for overnight stays.
