About the role

Enthusiasm, passion, charisma, ideas – you’ve got them all in abundance. You’ll create a positive, lively atmosphere in your store, making it a great place to shop and a brilliant place to work. You’ll lead, motivate and develop your store team, managing their performance and making sure they’re the best they can be. You’ll do all you can to increase profits, hitting and exceeding targets, with that all important know-how of how to drive sales forward.With a strong commitment to the highest retail standards, you’ll be a proud ambassador for Clarks, championing the brand both in and out of the store. The store's current turnover is circa £800,000.

About you 

You want every customer that steps through the door to have a great experience. You want them to leave knowing that they’ve bought the perfect product and to want to come back again and again. So, you’ll already have impressive retail management experience behind you. And it’s fair to say you know retail (and ideally fashion retail) and know exactly how to drive sales. An inspiring people manager, you love leading and developing a team.
