Office Angels urgently requires an experienced administrator to work with our client based in the Grangemouth area. This is a temporary position for 8 weeks but flexibility will be required.

This is a busy administrative role so you must be an organised and proactive person with the ability to prioritise a workload well whilst completing tasks efficiently and accurately. The main duties of the role include:

Dealing with customer enquiries
Taking any customer orders over the phone and via email
Processing the orders and liaising with customer to confirm delivery schedules
Carrying out administration tasks such as filing, photocopying, faxing
Inputting data onto system

In addition a working knowledge of Sage would be an advantage however full training will be provided. You must be happy working off your own initiative. Strong IT skills are also required for this position.
