We have an exciting opportunity for a Process Improvement Analyst to join our Service, Quality and Billing directorate - investigating, analysing, designing and recommending improved business processes in key business areas with the goal of achieving targets.

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

-Working in partnership with other areas of the business to understand and analyse potential business issues and offering appropriate solutions whilst delivering to agreed timelines
-Providing and supporting the creation of business cases for proposed changes
-Supporting the delivery of process improvement workstreams and programmes by conducting process and procedural analysis to implement and embed change to deliver significant customer and Sky benefits
-Defining, developing and delivering process improvements according to agreed methodologies
-Creating process flows and mapping to gain understanding of how they interact and support our customer journey
-Leading by example in delivering great standards of service for customers
-Sharing knowledge and analytical skills to communicate and influence change and delivery of business objectives
-Building, developing and maintaining strong working relationships with both internal and external customers

We would love you to have:

-Strong change management experience and have been involved in working on significant projects within a fast paced and ever changing environment
-The ability to challenge normal traditional practices, remove obstacles and identify solutions
-A pro-active and highly motivated attitude, viewing change as a positive thing and continually looking for ways to do things better
-Excellent organisational and planning skills
-Proven experience of process mapping and analysis, with the ability to identify waste and non-value add steps in a process and find quick win changes.
-Effective communication skills, with the ability to work closely with your stakeholders and colleagues to create an innovative and collaborative culture
-Ability to use different styles of engagement to enlist the support and help of stakeholders to build ownership and accountability
-Change Management training process experience e.g. Six Sigma, Prince 2, would be desirable

You will be based in either our Dunfermline or Livingston offices. Some travel to other Sky sites may be required.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 08.30 - 17.00, 37.5 hours per week.
