Are you an IT recruiter or have previously had IT recruitment experience?

Our client is looking for a professional Sales person from a recruitment or IT sales industry background with a minimum 3 year stable career history.

Responsibilities: 

  • You will identify new prospects for business development, whilst complying with set procedures in the Resources Department
  • You will arrange and attend new client meetings
  • You will expand our client’s business opportunities within existing clients divisions/departments
  • You will keep an accurate record of personal sales activity, as per the Sales Activity Report; activity reporting to the Senior Account Manager on a weekly basis
  • You will respond to Bids, Tenders and RFI’s/RFP’s
  • You will design, develop and deliver relevant presentation material to new and existing customers
  • You will attend networking and corporate events, to raise company profile and develop new relationships

Person/Experience: 

  • You will have a proven background in establishing and developing new client opportunities
  • You will be flexible and dedicated to achieve and exceed challenging sales targets
  • You will have excellent client facing and presentation skills

Desirable Skills:  

  • You will have an understanding of IT project lifecycles and the key roles associated with IT project delivery
  • A good knowledge of solutions business as well as an understanding of the Consulting Services business
  • Experience of selling IT Recruitment, both contract and permanent
  • Experience of selling IT Solutions(Consulting/Testing/Other) 

You will be driven, motivated, with a good level of education and be able to take control; hungry to succeed and progress their career.
