Salary: £22,977 - £25,832 You should be able to demonstrate practical knowledge and experience of supervising a wide range of civil engineering works, specifically in the fields of Bridge Maintenance and Masonry Work including working with lime mortar. You will work as a member of the team and carry out duties associated to a Roadworker. In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring that your team carries out duties in the proper manner, at the appropriate time and to the required quality standard in accordance with instructions given to them. Candidates invited for interview will be required to provide a practical demonstration of their skills.
An SVQ 2 Highway Maintenance Qualification Level 2 is desirable. A current full Driving Licence is essential.
You will also be required to work flexibly covering any 5 days in 7, including weekends.
