Shift Manager Melrose   Attractive base salary

Eden Scott's client, based in Scottish Borders is an established Manufacturing company. Currently engaged in the design and manufacture of complex, high performance products for their industry, the Scottish facility continues to experience natural growth within their sector and as a direct impact, they are now seeking to recruit a Shift Manager to join their team.

Main responsibilities:

*Responsible for optimising continuous production, in order to achieve the production plan and ensure the continued satisfaction of customers with respect to quality and delivery performance at minimum costs.
*Responsible for the leadership and development of all production personnel within his or her span of control.
*Responsible for the site during out of normal hours, when senior management is not present.

Candidates with experience within a fast moving manufacturing environment would be especially welcome.
