We have an excellent opportunity to join a market leading Financial Services organisation that has a proven track record in delivering successful complaint solutions within the Financial Services/Banking market.
They are currently looking to expand an existing project team in central Scotland by recruiting experienced Complaint Handlers ideally from a Financial Services or Investment markets background. This role will initially be on a 4 month Fixed Term Contract basis.
In this role you will manage a varied case load of complaints and deal with reviewing Complaint cases . You will ensure that all complaints are dealt with positively, professionally and effectively in accordance with company and FSA procedures.
The successful candidate will possess an in depth knowledge of complaint handling processes and FSA procedures and regulations and ideally hold a relevant professional qualification (i.e. FPC). You will have a track record in complaints handling or quality assurance together with a strong customer service focus.
