Role description

Joining one of Scotland’s most dynamic, creative organisations you will be an innovative L&D professional with a sound working knowledge of interactive and e-learning technologies including development of learning initiatives using Adobe Suite. As such you will have experience of training design using Adobe software including Captivate, Flash and Photoshop along with interactive technologies such as live mail, digital media and social media platforms to interact with learners and facilitate a blended learning approach.

As a training designer your role will touch on the full learning cycle so your background should sit within training or L&D and you will have knowledge of learning methodologies, evaluation techniques and contemporary learning theory to foster an interactive approach to development within a fast paced, change driven organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic, innovative L&D practitioner who is versed in e-learning technologies (experience of Adobe Suite is a must) to join a unique team within a leading organisation in the Central Belt. If this sounds like you, then please apply!
