What is the Role? To assist in ensuring an efficient and effective performance management framework is in place to measure and report on performance within the Service. To ensure accurate and timely performance reports are produced for Building Services Management and key stakeholders.
What will you do?
Work within the performance management framework to create and produce a number of performance reports on behalf of Building Services. Develop and maintain appropriate systems and processes to ensure effective performance management information is recorded accurately. Liaise with Senior Managers regarding performance indicator deadlines/action updates etc. Ensure all performance information is received and recorded in accordance with set timescales. Provide relevant, timely and accurate performance reports to the Senior Management Team to assist in decision-making, using the Corporate Covalent system, Business Objects, and self-developed systems.
