Temporary HR Assistant Dunfermline   £16,000 to £17,000 per annum (pro-rata)

Vets Now are the leading provider of out of hours emergency critical care and we are dedicated to improving the life of vets and pets and driving clinical standards.  We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Assistant to fill a 9 month temporary contract within a busy and dynamic HR Team. 

Working closely with the HR, Recruitment and Staff Development teams the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing administrative duties within the HR team and in particular ensuring the smooth running of our year-long induction programme for clinical staff. 

The ideal candidate will have some HR exposure or be recently CIPD qualified along with experience of taking notes for disciplinary meetings, payroll and coordinating training.  A keen eye for detail and excellent time management skills are essential and you must respect the importance of confidentiality.  Previous experience within a multi sited Organisation would be advantageous.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate who wants to build upon their generalist experience within a fast paced HR team.
