Horsecross Arts is a leading Scottish cultural development agency and a foundation organisation of Creative Scotland. We manage Scotland’s newest concert hall and the historic Perth Theatre, one of Scotland’s major producing theatres. We are looking for an experienced, talented leader with an exceptional track record to take the award-winning Horsecross team on to further success.

You will deliver a stimulating and diverse artistic programme, a successful and engaging creative learning programme and a thriving conference business. You will be responsible for business planning, performance management and the effective and efficient management of all resources.
