The successful candidate must have a proven experience in a previous role as administrative assistant. a proficiency in Excel and Word is required.
The role involves general administrative duties, such as filing, letter writing, ordering and invoicing, and the general upkeep if the current admin systems.
The ability to take instructions and to work to deadlines is imperative.
