Situated within scenic Ayrshire, our Client is looking to appoint a Distillery Area Leader to ensure the highest standards of throughput and quality of products are maintained and lead, mentor and develop teams of operational and production support staff.

You will have an in-depth working knowledge of distilling processes as you will effectively be responsible for ensuring a robust production process is maintained from initial materials delivery through all production phases to completed product.

You will have a Chemistry Engineering degree, you will manage, develop and control all aspects of production, maintenance, health and safety and environmental compliance for the Girvan process operations.

You will be able to demonstrate proven ability in developing high-performing teams within a continuous improvement environment, effective budget management and working as part of the senior management team to ensure a cohesive, competent and skilled workforce.
