Office Angels are currently seeking an organised, confident and easily adaptable Sales Administrator to join our client on a permanent contract.
Working within a busy financial sales team your role will be to organising the diary, arrange appointments when required, answer telephone calls, typing up tenders and letter documents, updating the company database, dealing with incoming and outgoing mail and any other ad hoc duties that will be required to be completed.
Experience within office administration is essential. You will have exceptional knowledge and experience in using the MS Office Suite. For this post you will be involved in dealing with clients both face to face and over the telephone and have exceptional presentation and communication skills dealing with people at all levels.
There is an opportunity to start a career within financial services and any applicants with experience in this industry will be highly preferred.
