Sports Coaches are required to deliver a variety of football programmes citywide. A minimum of a Scottish FA Level 1 Youth or Children Qualification is essential to deliver within the programme. As a Football Coach you will assist in the teaching/coaching of a variety of client groups of varying ability. You will assist/lead the delivery of a progressive and developmental programme, maintaining and updating participant records, checking all teaching equipment and ensuring that a safe and comfortable environment is provided at all times. You will have experience of working with children from a variety of backgrounds. You must be able to work effectively with a variety of professional partners, parents and children and possess excellent communication skills. Experience in paid/voluntary coaching and experience of planned structured activity sessions.
