This local organisation are growing their business and require an additional team member within the Internal Sales department. As an experienced Internal Account Manager, you will assume responsibility for a number of client accounts within a designated area.

Duties:

  • Answering incoming enquiries
  • Outbound calling to existing and non-spend clients
  • Organising appointments for the External Sales team
  • Upselling and promoting key products
  • Processing sales orders
  • Liaising with other departments and keeping clients informed of their order progress
  • This is an office based role which will require the occasional need to travel.

  • Excellent sales skills
  • A proven track record
  • Must be computer literate
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Confidence, tact and persuasive manner

  • A professional manner
  • Good business sense and the ability to work to budgets
  • Industry knowlege would be preferred but not essential
