Trainee Recruitment Consultant Forfar   OTE 1st year £24,000 - £30,000

We have a significant opportunity for someone to join us as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant based in our office in Forfar.  This is a sales based position working in an emerging, sometimes volatile, market so at best it will be a challenging role and at times it will be difficult!

The return for your efforts however are considerable, not only will you be mentored and receive training to CertRP level (an industry recognised qualification) you will also be able to utilise your own skill set to affect your future with our company. 

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate from the outset that they have the desire to succeed, the confidence and skill set to be able to talk to clients and candidates alike both on the telephone and in business meetings. We need someone who can, and will, convince us that they have an entrepreneurial edge which will help them drive our business forward when others are unable to do so.

Alongside your basic salary you will be able to earn commission on all the fees you generate, this is a position where your own efforts will directly affect your salary. Your basic salary as a Trainee will start at £16,000 and will be increased when you have completed your Traineeship.
