Based in the West District Housing Office, 3 Sinclair Street, Lochee, you will have 5 Standard Grades at level 3, or above, or equivalent, including English and Maths, experience of providing excellent customer service, possess excellent communication, and IT skills, be able to manage conflicting demands and able to work under pressure using own initiative and be able to work as part of a team.

You must have a flexible approach and be able work on your own initiative to achieve operational targets. You should be customer orientated and be committed to providing excellent services to our tenants.

You must be available to attend evening meetings when required.
