Customers rely on our convenience stores for everything from a quick pint of milk to a full weekly shop, and as a Deputy Manager, you'll ensure each and every customer receives fantastic service.

As a Deputy Manager, your accountabilities cover the usual metrics - sales, labour, waste, cash, availability and customer service to name a few, and your commitment to exceeding these metrics will drive your store performance.

You will be confident to support the Store Manager and deputise in their absence, with experience to coach and develop your team, you will play a prominent role in the fastest moving (and growing) part of our business
